Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join our Community Hospital Team to provide skilled, clinical and effective care.The post holder will support the trained nurse and other health care professionals in the delivery of the highest standard of patient focused care.

Main duties of the job
Improve the Quality of the fundamental aspects of Health and Social Care for people who are acutely or chronically ill, frail or disabled.The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
