Based at Queensbridge Group Practice in London E8 3XP, this Health Care Assistant role places you at the heart of a patient-focused team delivering high-quality care across City and Hackney. You’ll assist clinicians with procedures, take observations (blood pressure, pulse, temperature), perform phlebotomy, wound dressings and INR checks, support long-term condition reviews, and help patients with daily needs and mobility. Day-to-day duties also include accurate record-keeping on EMIS Web, maintaining infection-control standards and managing stock — ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on clinical work and making a practical difference.

You’ll suit this role if you’re compassionate, reliable, an excellent communicator and comfortable working both independently and within a team; previous healthcare experience and basic IT skills are an advantage.
