Job description
Make a real difference overnight as a Health Care Assistant with HCRG Care Group’s Overnight Service, based in Bristol (BS31) covering Keynsham Health Centre and the St Martins hospital site. This part‑time, permanent post is 27 hours across three shifts (typically 22:00–08:00), ideal for carers who need a role that fits around school runs and family life. You’ll work with a welcoming nursing team visiting people in their own homes and care homes, delivering routine care set out in agreed care plans and supporting registered practitioners to keep patients safe, comfortable and as independent as possible.
