Job description
Support local patients at Holmlands Medical Centre in Prenton, Wirral (CH43) as a Health Care Assistant. This part-time, 12‑month fixed‑term role puts you at the heart of a friendly GP practice serving around 4,300 patients. You will deliver hands‑on clinical care — administering injections, carrying out dressings, providing NHS health checks and working with healthcare equipment — while assisting nurses and GPs and acting as a clear point of communication between patients, families and carers. Essential requirements include NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and a DBS check; phlebotomy and NVQ Level 3 training are desirable. Salary is dependent on experience.
