Band 3: £25,313 to £26,999 a year per annum  PERMANENT   SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE 
Support the District Nursing Service in Denbighshire as a Health Care Support Worker with Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. In this community-facing role you will assist registered nurses and practitioners to deliver care in patients’ homes, working to nursing care plans and carrying out a wide range of duties under the direction of a registered nurse during each shift. The post involves travelling between clients in both towns and rural areas, working independently and as part of a team; Welsh-speaking candidates are desirable but both English and Welsh speakers are welcome. This is a permanent, full‑time post at Agenda for Change Band 3 (£25,313–£26,999 per annum). The role is subject to a DBS check and applications from those needing Skilled Worker sponsorship will be considered; overseas applicants may need to provide criminal record certificates.
