Job description
Make a tangible difference to people’s lives as a Health Care Support Worker with Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, based at the Royal Alex Hospital in Rhyl (LL18). In this Band 3, part‑time permanent role (salary £25,313–£26,999 pro rata) you will assist registered nurses and practitioners to deliver personalised care in patients’ homes across Denbighshire, following nursing care plans and working closely with families, carers and other health professionals. The role involves a wide range of practical duties under nurse direction, travelling between patients in both towns and rural areas, and supporting the modernisation of the district nursing service.
