Health Records Clerks - Band 22 x 22.5 Hours Per Week working 7.5 hours over 3 days Monday - FridayDo you have a keen eye for detail and accuracy? Are you good with people and able to demonstrate excellent communication skills? Main duties of the job
The post holder will support with all tasks undertaken within a Health Records Department.pre-file of patient recordsFiling of patient recordsprocessing off site storage requests and returnspreparation of patient records for out patient clinics and inpatient activityWorking on front desk responding to urgent file requests, creating files ad pulling patient records for planned activity.Prepare patient records for scanning, quality check and upload to our Electronic Document Management SystemOther duties include answering telephone queries and using our Patient Administration and Associated Information Systems
