Support people with eating disorders as a Health Support Worker on Ward 6 of the CONNECT service at Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This Band 3, permanent, full‑time role is based in Leeds (LS14) on a 14‑bed inpatient ward serving Leeds, Wakefield, Kirklees, Calderdale and Bradford. Day‑to‑day duties include physical health monitoring, patient meal support and observations, psychological support, co‑facilitating groups, risk management, liaising with families and maintaining accurate patient records. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person‑centred, evidence‑based care; induction, role‑specific training and ongoing supervision are provided, and a Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification (or commitment to achieve within six months) is required.

The Trust is a teaching centre with strong CPD opportunities, generous annual leave (27–33 days), flexible working options, employee wellbeing support and membership of the NHS Pension Scheme; permanent staff are also added to the Trust bank for extra variety.
