Working As Part Of The Duty Skill Mix Team Of Staff Nurses, Community Nursery Nurses And Administrators, You Will Rotate Through a Variety Of Work Streams Which Include
Co-ordination of the duty team to ensure effective and efficient allocation of work across the wider service to support the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme.
Triage and allocation of incoming enquiries to ensure families receive the right support at the right time.
Provide expert guidance to parents and carers on child development, health concerns, and family wellbeing.
Attend virtual safeguarding meetings, assess risks, and contribute to care plans.
Champion the Public Health agenda, through the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme aimed at reducing inequalities and promoting the best start in life for every child.
