Main duties of the job
As the Health & Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be tasked with creating and implementing a diverse range of activities and programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of the residents. This may include physical activities, social events, educational workshops, and therapeutic interventions. You will work closely with the nursing and care teams to ensure a holistic approach to resident care. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and planning skills, as well as a genuine passion for enhancing the quality of life for older adults.
