Job description
At Cranmer Court in Warlingham (CR6), the Health & Wellbeing Coordinator leads the day-to-day planning and delivery of activities that keep residents engaged, comfortable and socially connected. This permanent, full-time role (40 hours/week; 8.30–16.30 with alternate weekends) pays £12.40 per hour and sits within a 62‑bedded nursing and residential home rated ‘Good’ by the CQC and 9.8 on Carehome.co.uk. You’ll design a varied programme — group sessions, one-to-one hobbies, gentle exercise, reminiscence work and local outings — working in close partnership with the care team to create person‑centred, holistic wellbeing plans. The post suits experienced activity coordinators or carers with a relevant health, social care or leisure background, strong interpersonal and organisational skills, creativity and a respectful, patient approach. A Disclosure and Barring Service check is required; relevant qualifications and previous experience in a similar role are desirable.
Aria Care values an inclusive workplace and offers benefits that support your life outside work, including a Blue Light Discount Card, Wagestream, holiday and days‑out savings, long service awards and an employee recognition programme, plus opportunities for professional development. This role is ideal for compassionate carers — particularly women who enjoy nurturing relationships and taking the lead on meaningful, practical activities — who want to combine hands‑on care with creative coordination.
