Support and deliver hands‑on patient care on Anchor Ward Inpatients with Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, working as either a Band 2 Care Support Assistant or Band 3 Healthcare Assistant depending on experience. You will assist with clinical tasks planned by registered nurses, work under indirect supervision, help manage day‑to‑day patient needs sensitively, and contribute to ward resource management as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
