This is anexciting opportunity to join the Nimbuscare team in the role of Bank HealthcareAssistant, to support the Nimbuscare team in the delivery of our services atthe Community Diagnostics Centre.
Main duties of the job
TheHealthcare Assistant (HCA) will provide specific care to a group of patientsunder the guidance and supervision of a registered nurse or allied healthprofessional. The HCA will work in the CDC.TheHealthcare Assistant will deliver and assist clinical staff in the provision oftreatment, preventative care, health promotion and patient education whilstalso supporting the administrative team on an as-required basis.TheHealthcare Assistant will be expected to become proficient and competent intheir area of practice by undertaking competency assessments specific to thearea of clinical practice. The HCA will promote optimum independence andindividualised client centred care to a delegated caseload.
