Make a meaningful difference as a Healthcare Assistant in the Developmental Paediatrics Team with HCRG Care Group based in Chertsey (KT16). In this hands‑on role you will support children and young people with developmental needs and their families, working alongside paediatricians, specialist nurses and therapists to help deliver assessments and clinics. Day‑to‑day duties include clinical observations (height, weight, blood pressure), chaperoning, safeguarding liaison and report preparation, phlebotomy after training, appointment and record management, data entry, stock control, collecting patient feedback and supporting infection prevention. This is a permanent, full‑time role with a salary of £24,486–£26,155.50, and the post requires an enhanced DBS check and access to a car insured for work purposes.

This vacancy will suit compassionate carers, experienced support workers or women returning to the workforce who enjoy hands‑on clinical support and strong administrative work; a Care Certificate (or willingness to gain one) and experience working with children or young people are essential, while an NVQ Level 3, phlebotomy or clinical‑systems experience are desirable.
