Job description
Make a tangible difference to local lives as a Healthcare Assistant at Marisco Medical Practice, supporting primary care across Mablethorpe and Sutton‑on‑Sea. This part‑time, permanent post (16 hours per week) covers a variety of hands‑on clinical duties — phlebotomy, blood pressure monitoring, ECGs, chronic disease and learning‑disability reviews, NHS Health Checks and home visits for bloods and BP. You’ll work within a large, multi‑disciplinary team using SystmOne, with opportunities to assist at seasonal clinics (flu, B12) and receive on‑the‑job training where needed. Applicants should hold NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent), have a full clean driving licence with business insurance, and will be subject to an Enhanced DBS and standard pre‑employment checks. Previous GP or hospital experience is desirable but not essential.
