We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service user.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a young man in his 20’s in Salford.
Our service user is a friendly young man and a big Manchester United fan! He’s looking for someone to help him enjoy his favourite activities, like bowling, playing FIFA on his PlayStation, and going fishing.
It would be fantastic if you share similar interests! He treasures quality time with his family and care team and often unwinds by watching his favourite soaps on TV.
Your role? To provide specialist care and manage his clinical needs while joining in on the activities he loves. You’ll focus on keeping him comfortable and safe, creating a calm and soothing environment that helps him get a good night’s sleep.
Please note, our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
We are offering £150 welcome bonus for this position Terms and conditions apply

Pay Rates
- £13.50 - £17.00 per hour
- Approx. £162.00 - £204.00 (per 12-hour day shift)
- Approx. £168.00 - £204.00 (per 12-hour night shift)
- Full Time & Part Time Days & Nights Available
- 3-4 shifts per week
- 7am – 7pm
- 7pm – 7am
- Alternate weekends are needed for this position
- 3 months previous care experience
