Catalyst Care Group’s Leaf Complex Care is urgently recruiting a part‑time Healthcare Assistant in Wandsworth, South West London (temporary, on‑site only) to support a young man with autism who lives independently. This is an active, hands‑on role: you’ll plan and deliver person‑centred activities that match his interests — from brisk walks and gardening to football, table tennis, climbing, DJing, yoga and swimming — and help with daily living to promote independence and social links. The post pays £18 per hour, requires a high level of fitness (able to walk or run around 8 km a day at a fast pace), non‑smokers only, and a driving licence is beneficial.
