Job description
Ward 22 at Aintree (Liverpool L9) is recruiting permanent, full‑time Healthcare Assistants to provide skilled, hands‑on support to acute, weaning and chronic respiratory patients in a 36‑bed ward. You will work with people living with COPD, asthma, pleural effusions and bronchiectasis, helping with personal care, continence and catheter management, measuring fluid intake/output and maintaining patients’ dignity while reporting to registered nurses. This Band 2 role pays £24,465 per year, asks for a willingness to work towards NVQ Level 2 and requires a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
