We are seeking compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our care team. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, person-centered care to our residents, supporting their daily needs and promoting well-being.

6 pm till 6 am ( live in care )

Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
- Monitor and record residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes to the nursing team.
- Support residents during meal times and with medication administration under supervision.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff.
- Minimum of 3 months experience in a healthcare assistant role.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring and empathetic approach to providing care.
- Competitive pay rate of £19.50 per hour on days and £22.50 hour on nights.
