across all pathways - primary care, mental health and substance misuse including emergency response, working on the wings, clinics, health promotion, and more! No 2 days are the same in this challenging, yet rewarding and supportive environment.Hours:This is a full time role, an average of 37.5 hours per week, working a variety of shifts between Monday and Sunday. This role involves working weekends and nights. Shift patterns are - 07.30 - 17.30 07.30 - 19.30 19.30 - 7.30 Rota available 6 weeks in advance.

Main duties of the job
As our new Healthcare Assistant, your responsibilities will vary. Some of your duties will include:Work across primary care, including clinics, primary care, health promotion, bloods, obs, wound care etcCarry out induction duties, reviewing new patients to the prison and assessing, including obs, urine samples etcWork within Early Days in CustodyWork within substance misuse and inpatientsBe involved in bloods and vaccinations clinicsRespond to emergency situations as necessaryEnsure continuity of care for all patients, and deliver outstanding care at all timesContribute to, and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, wellbeing and clinicsIf you are interested incareer development,we have a wide range of opportunities for you to develop your skills and
