Provide practical, hands-on care and vital support to the registered nursing team on the IAAU/SDEC at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby (DN32 2BA). As a Healthcare Support Worker you’ll deliver essential hygiene and pressure‑area care, help with nutrition, hydration and mobility, and support prevention of falls and toileting needs under indirect supervision. This is a permanent, full‑time role with Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust, part of the Humber Health Partnership, offering Band 2 pay with an uplift to Band 3 once competencies are met (experienced Band 3 staff will be employed at Band 3). Salary is £24,465 to £26,598 pro rata, and the post is best suited to compassionate carers with previous healthcare experience, a good standard of secondary education, and a willingness to learn on the job.
