Structured support to complete the National Care Certificate within 3 months, celebrated in a recognition ceremony. A shortened induction programme for candidates who already hold a Care Certificate and have acute NHS experience. Please note this role does not meet the UKVI requirements for sponsorship. Shift patterns include long days and night shifts on a 24/7, 365-day basis, including bank holidays and weekends. Please note at this time, we are not recruiting for Bank Healthcare Assistants. Please note this is a rolling advert, and you may be contacted for interview/assessment, when managers require new starters.
