Job description
This opportunity is well suited to HCAs, HWBCs, experienced care workers and carers who want hands‑on clinical practice that makes a real difference in people’s lives. Sound PCN is a friendly, supportive network that values health promotion and personalised care and offers on‑the‑job learning alongside a diverse clinical team (paramedics, physiotherapists, nurse practitioners and more). You’ll use basic IT skills, manage accurate clinical records and refer or signpost patients to other services as needed; NVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent experience plus GCSEs (Maths and English grade 4/A–C) are required, with phlebotomy desirable.
