Support patients on the Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) surveillance pathway as the Pathway Navigator for Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in Dorchester (DT1). This part‑time administrative role (approximately 18 hours a week, hours flexible) will be the central point of contact for people on HCC surveillance, working closely with the Hepatology Clinical Nurse Specialist and consultant lead to organise scans and appointments, maintain and populate tracking lists for Liver Health Check clinics, signpost patients to services and information, and keep accurate electronic records. The post is fixed‑term (24 months), Band 4 (Agenda for Change) with a pro rata salary of £27,485–£30,162, may be worked partly from home with at least one day on site, and requires the legal right to work in the UK (no Skilled Worker visa sponsorship). A Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required.
