Help shape local mental health care as a High Intensity CBT Therapist with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, based at Bethlem Royal Hospital, Beckenham (BR3 3BX) and working across Croydon Talking Therapies. You will deliver NICE‑recommended, formulation‑driven CBT for adults with anxiety and depression, carrying a clinical caseload, carrying out assessments, treatment planning and weekly outcome monitoring. The role suits qualified clinicians and HI trainees nearing BABCP accreditation; posts are available full‑time or part‑time, permanent or maternity cover, with Band 7 pay of £53,751–£60,651 (subject to meeting accreditation requirements and banding rules). Expect a mix of clinic, some GP surgery work, occasional Saturdays, at least one late shift a week and options for hybrid working across team bases and community sites.
