Exciting Opportunity: Assistant/Deputy Hospital Manager : Neurorehabilitation
Location: York
Salary: Up to A GBP 35,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week, Full:Time, Permanent
Are you an experienced Assistant/Deputy Hospital Manager ready for a new challenge in a hospital:based role? Do you want to lead a team, shape healthcare practices, and help patients on their road to recovery? If so, we want you to join our team in York
Lead And Inspire
What Youll Do as Assistant/Deputy Hospital Manager :
Youll play a pivotal role in managing staff, fostering a culture of high:quality care, and guiding a team that will look to you for support and leadership. Youll be responsible for overseeing Team Leaders and ensuring all practices align with our policies and procedures.
Manage Resources And Budgets
Support the Service/Area Manager with budgeting and resource allocation, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the service. Youll be the go:to person for staff expenditure and helping make strategic decisions to ensure services are running efficiently.
Plan And Manage Rotas
Help the organisation meet its goals by creating effective rotas, making sure staff meet their contractual hours and personal objectives. Your leadership will inspire a motivated team thats always at their best.
Collaborate And Build Relationships
Be a key player in multidisciplinary meetings, working closely with local authorities, clinicians, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to care. Your ability to connect with diverse groups will be crucial in providing excellent patient outcomes.
What Were Looking For from our Assistant/Deputy Hospital Manager :
: Experience and Qualifications: Degree level or QCF Level 5 in Health/Social Care (or equivalent). Experience managing staff and resources in healthcare or social care.
: Leadership: Proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams to deliver high standards of care.
: Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
: Flexibility: Ability to work outside standard hours when required to ensure service delivery.
