As Hotel Services Supervisor you'll lead the day-to-day running of soft services at Foss Park Hospital in York, managing housekeepers, domestics, porters, catering, reception and stores to deliver safe, clean and compassionate care environments. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and patient-facing hospitality for people with mental health conditions and learning disabilities. You will coach staff, plan rotas, monitor standards, take corrective action where needed and contribute to quality improvement while working within Agenda for Change Band 4 (salary £27,485–£30,162).
