As Housekeeper for Ward 8C at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (Royal Hospital, Mount Vernon Street, Liverpool L7 8YE) you’ll be an essential part of the ward team, coordinating patient facilities to keep the ward clean, safe and comfortable. The role covers routine and specialist cleaning, serving meals and a 24‑hour snack service, equipment checks and preparing beds, waste disposal, stock control for infectious disease supplies and minor household maintenance. You’ll also log and manage defects, complete weekly clinical environment audits on Tendable and work closely with nursing staff, contractors and support services while maintaining patient privacy and dignity.

This full‑time, fixed‑term post (14 months) is offered at Band 2, £24,465 per year pro rata.
