Job Summary
Important note for candidates - unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role and the minimum number of working hours required is 22.5 per week.
We are currently looking for people with Health and/or Social Care experience to join us as Health Care Support Workers on our wards based at Loughborough Community Hospital and Coalville Community Hospital. Our wards are led by nurses and you will work under their guidance as part of a very supportive team.
We are looking for people who can contribute to the care of our patients with kindness, compassion and empathy. You will be supported to complete the Care Certificate and we actively encourage on-going development.
Charnwood Ward in Loughborough provides sub-acute care, rehabilitation and palliative care. Ellistown Ward in Coalville provides specialist stroke care. For successful candidates, the base for the job can be discussed after interview.
The post will provide cover on a rota basis over a 24 hour per day, 7 day a week service.
