TheData Officer will work with a range of key stakeholders to support digitalfunctionality and promote the

Thisrole will support teams within our organisation, to ensure effectiveadaptation, utilisation and data on

oursystems including SystmOne and eConsent. You will work with the variousclinical/Admin teams across the regions to identify and resolve data qualityissues and support the Operations team, to create and run necessary clinicalsearches and reporting as required to our commissioning teams.

To effectively work with key stakeholders when dealing with queries in relation to systems and/or data quality issues and delivering appropriate solutions;

To identify any areas of improvement to limit poor data quality;

Support staff in their understanding of digital applications;

Support clinical teams in recording patient and clinical information in their patient care systems and assist in the implementation of consistent approaches to data including the use of templates and structured data sets;

Maintain and develop data quality documentation producing procedure flow diagrams, process
