Health Records within University Hospital of Wales are looking to recruit in positions within the clinical coordinator and new cases departments.
This is a fast paced department, dealing with various directorates, patients and a variety of other departments.
Main duties of the job
An excellent opportunity has arisen in health records.
The applicants will need excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate with tact and diplomacy, whilst providing a professional service.
You must have the ability to work in a busy environment and be confident in liaising and meeting with all grades of healthcare staff and patients.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
To prepare clinics on PMS and locate documents/records as required. Arrange appointments and send out appointment letters to clients. To arrange new and follow-up appointments as necessary and to manage any cancellations . Organise and maintain a reception service for clinics. To answer incoming telephone calls conveying messages appropriately to other team members.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
