Care Assistant /Support Worker
We are a family run care provider operating in the Ipswich area, and we are looking to add to our close-knit team or carers to help provide excellent service to the local community and whether you are experienced in care, new to care or returning to work after caring for a loved one, there will be a place for you here.
We offer:
Guaranteed hours with pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour with overtime available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Schedule: 10 hour shift / 8 hour shift Monday to Friday, Overtime Weekend available
Principal Responsibilities
To provide the highest standard of care and support that meets each client’s daily needs and ensures they are comfortable at all times.
Care assistants must become familiar with each client’s care plan, learn about their personalities and understand how to achieve the expected outcomes as well as liaising with key family members and work colleagues. Daily tasks will include personal care, medication, companionship, light meal preparation.
What we are looking for:
Compassionate, kind and trustworthy individuals, able to demonstrate punctuality and reliability and who are willing to learn the principles of care. Ability to react quickly to changing priorities and be able to cummiccate strongly in the English language. Also for this role must be those who hold a UK driving license with access to your own vehicle. Apply with confidence if you feel you are the right person for this job.
