This position is available at The Royal Oldham Hospital in the Obstetrics & Gynaecology Department.


As a Medical Secretary Your Main Duties Will Cover


Medical audio transcription of clinical correspondence

Carry out administrative instructions dictated in the correspondence including booking appointments via the Booking and Scheduling Department

Update NPSA16 investigation tracker following transcription of correspondence

Deal with internal and external telephone enquiries from patients, staff and external agencies

Undertake routine office duties including printing, scanning and filing

Organising your workload to meet our KPI’s
