Creative Health Programme Manager

Croydon Council is delivering a new programme of creative health development to support our residents to improve their wellbeing through arts, heritage and physical activity participation.

This new post will develop the programme and lead the team, developing strategic partnerships and funding bids to grow the programme's impact.

We are looking for someone with experience of working within a creative wellbeing context with good knowledge of best practice and a track record of successful fundraising and experience managing people and projects.

Previous work delivering programmes that engage culturally diverse audiences and an understanding of health inequalities and overcoming barriers to accessing arts and leisure activity is also key.

You will join a friendly, dynamic team at an exciting time as we embed the learning and legacy of our year as the London Borough of Culture, developing new partnerships with the cultural and community sector.

This programme will enable us to test new approaches to creative wellbeing and to bring a step change with arts and leisure participation in Croydon.
