🕒 Working Hours & Commitment
• Shifts typically start at 7:00am or finish at 10:00pm
• All staff work every other weekend, ensuring fair rotation and continuity of care
💷 Pay & Perks
• £14.00 per hour
• £28.00 per hour on public holidays
• Paid induction training
• DBS check covered
• Wellness programme
• Paid day off on your birthday
• Company pension from day one
• Paid mileage: 35p per mile between calls
• 28 days holiday per year (pro rata)

• Complete your Care Certificate over a structured 12-week period
• Training includes blended learning, shadowing experienced carers, and ongoing support
• Career progression opportunities available for those looking to advance in care or leadership

You’ll be delivering person-centred care that makes a real impact, including:
• Personal care and medication support
• Meal preparation
• Companionship and social visits
• Community outings
• Light domestic tasks
• Supporting independence and wellbeing
No prior experience in care? No problem. We provide full training and mentoring to help you thrive.
