In this role, you will ensure the safety and well-being of service users while aiding in life skills development, budgeting, and financial management. Building strong, supportive relationships with both service users and their families will be key.
You’ll play a crucial role in upholding high standards of care, participating in service evaluations, and staying current with developments in social care. Collaboration with professionals and reflecting our Christian values in your work will be an integral part of your role.
We’re looking for candidates with an SVQ Level 3 qualification and basic computer skills. Previous care experience is advantageous, but a strong Christian faith and alignment with our values are essential. Membership with the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and registration with the SSSC are also required.
