Band 5 vacancies have now become available within our Bolton locked rehabilitation service. This is an exciting opportunity for 3 qualified nurses to join our fast-developing rehab service, within an environment that promotes positivity, staff development, staff wellbeing and service user engagement. It is an excellent opportunity to develop and enhance your existing skills and knowledge and work within an MDT environment, supporting individuals with a wide range of complex needs.

The post holder will contribute to the assessment of service users and help deliver collaborative personalised interventions that are service user, carer and quality focused. Through their interventions they will deliver high level, quality care and evidence-based interventions within a multi-disciplinary team. The post holder will be responsible for delivering and maintaining high standards of clinical care within the wider team.

The role focuses upon collaboratively enabling and assisting service users to meet daily health, social care and wellbeing needs, in line with personal recovery goals, and facilitating engagement with mainstream services; and supporting and encouraging service users to achieve independence and reintegrate back into the community.
