We are seeking a dynamic and business-savvy Dental Practice Manager to lead our state-of-the-art, fully private dental practice located in Milton Keynes. This boutique practice is renowned for delivering comprehensive general, specialist dentistry, and facial aesthetics. With a fully paperless system and cutting-edge digital technology, we are looking for a leader who can not only manage day-to-day operations but also drive business growth and uphold the highest standard of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all practice operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a patient-centered environment.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service and clinical excellence.
• Manage financial aspects of the practice, including payroll preparation, stock budget, and liaison with accountants.
• Drive patient engagement and satisfaction, maintaining strong relationships through effective communication channels (in person, phone, email).
• Monitor and manage social media channels to enhance the practice’s digital presence and reputation.
• Ensure full compliance with CQC requirements and promote a culture of quality and safety across the practice.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and commercial acumen, with a proven track record of managing teams in a fast-paced, private dental or healthcare setting. You will be a strategic thinker, comfortable with balancing operational duties and business growth objectives. Experience with dental software is advantageous, but training will be provided.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of Management experience.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
• Commercial acumen and experience in managing finances.
• Familiarity with CQC regulations and compliance standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
£30,000.00 - £40,000.00 per year (negotiable based on experience) with incremental pay increases and performance bonuses.
