As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and personalised care plans that address the unique needs of each resident. We are looking for a dedicated Senior Care Worker to join our team and report to the Service Manager. This key role involves supervising and supporting your team while ensuring high-quality care for service users. You will manage daily operations, including staff planning, medication processes, and contributing to care plans and quality improvement. You will also provide management cover when needed and maintain a safe and secure environment.

Upholding our Christian ethos and ensuring sensitive, respectful care is central to this role. Candidates must hold a relevant SVQ level 3, have basic computer skills, and possess a Christian faith. Membership in the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and SSSC registration is required.
