Job Summary: Dementia Care Manager at Hallmark Care Homes, Brentwood
Position: Dementia Care Manager
Hours: 40 hours per week
Reports To: General Manager
Overview:
Hallmark Hutton View, an award-winning 77-bedded care home in Brentwood, is seeking a passionate and experienced Dementia Care Manager to lead its dementia care team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and drive the Hallmark dementia strategy within a homely environment.
  • Develop and support staff to deliver relationship-centred care, focusing on the well-being of residents.
  • Be the primary contact for residents and families, providing expert knowledge in dementia care.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and Hallmark’s quality framework, including care planning, health and safety, and team management.
  • Build relationships with local community groups to enhance dementia care awareness.
