Care Assistant /Support Worker

Principal Responsibilities
To provide the highest standard of care and support that meets each client’s daily needs and ensures they are comfortable at all times. It is essential to report any changes and concerns to our Care Coordinator or Line Manager for the safety and wellbeing of our clients.
The role of Care Assistant/Support Worker
Care assistants must become familiar with each client’s care plan, learn about their personalities and understand how to achieve the expected outcomes. Daily tasks will include personal care, medication, companionship, light meal preparation, interacting with clients' family members and other work colleagues.
