The post-holder will join the current Imaging Systems team at University College London Hospital. The successful candidate will play a key role in all aspects of the daily operational duties of a variety of Imaging Systems (PACS, iTero, Romexis, iDixel, RIS and VNA), which play a critical part of the Trusts’ dental imaging infrastructure. The post-holder is expected to work closely with the Dental clinical staff to resolve any Imaging Systems related issues at RNTNEDH.

This vacancy has been advertised in accordance with the new NHS pay rate which will take effect from autumn 2024. Please note if your employment starts before the 24/25 pay scales are implemented you will be paid under the 23/24 pay scales and any backpay will be adjusted accordingly. Further information can be found at www.jobsincare.com/job/jFRAj3Zr successful candidate will maintain the dental imaging systems (iTero, Romexis, iDixel), perform data validation, co-ordinate with the department regarding downtime and software upgrades, problem and incident troubleshoot and perform some information extraction and analysis. Applicants must have a good knowledge of computer systems, terminology and dental experience.

They will have exposure to strategic planning and implementation for developments of the systems in conjunction with local IT teams and third party suppliers.

The ideal candidate will also be flexible in their approach to working hours and will have exceptional communication skills. Having a working knowledge of Radiology and Dental Departments is essential.
