Security Officer/Front of House Receptionist
in the heart of the city centre with convenient transport links.

Working
Monday - Friday, totalling 60 hours per week,
the hours will be either from
7am - 7pm or 8am - 8pm.
Your role will encompass providing top-notch security services while also delivering exceptional front-of-house experiences. From managing incoming visitors to maintaining a safe environment, your computer literacy and smart appearance will be invaluable assets. Job Opportunity

• Contacting staff via the work phone to arrange for the collection or meeting of visitors, ensuring smooth communication and coordination
• Providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and guests, answering inquiries, and providing directions or assistance as needed to enhance their experience and satisfaction
• Signing for deliveries and handling incoming mail and packages, maintaining accurate records of all deliveries received
• Conducting regular patrols of the building interior to ensure security protocols are followed and to detect any potential risks or breaches
• Liaising with the client to address any concerns or requests, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour at all times
  
  

Essential Skills

• SIA Licence
• Access to vehicle/good public transport links
• 0-2 years Security Experience
• Right to work in the UK
• Provide a five-year checkable employment/education history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment
• Front of House Experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Computer literate
• Smart and presentable at all times
