Main duties of the jobThe Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust is committed to the development and support of newly registered professionals. Its overarching aim is to support newly registered practitioners to make a safe and successful transition into their new role. As a newly qualified nurse you will be supported through a year-long preceptorship programme which has been structured to include the fourteen elements set within the Health Education England Preceptorship Standards, and has at its core the Trust values of caring together, learning together, excelling together and continuously improving.
We are now accepting applications to work (full or part time) in a variety of clinical areas within the trust. We also offer rotational opportunities to enable you to develop your skills and professional portfolio.
