The Person:
The successful candidate will join the Pain Management Team to promote our products through education of current and potential customers by providing excellent clinical education and support. You will build relationships with all business partners, confidently manage complex product offerings, and ideally have prior experience in operating theatres, either in a support or nursing capacity.The role will involve support in both a clinical as well as theatre environment. Your role will involve engaging with customers to understand their needs and collaborating with the Operations Team to ensure all stakeholders' needs are met. Additionally, you will work with the Pain Management Team to drive sales growth.

The Role:
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for sales and clinical support of Pain Management products. You will work closely with the current Pain Management Team, customers, and patients to provide clinical and technical support and education.
*Note: this role is more focused on clinical support than sales.
While our company has a 32-county focus, your primary responsibility will be Leinster, primarily Dublin, with a flexible approach to travel to other regions as required weekly.
Basic Requirements:
Relevant clinical qualification with at least 1-3 years' experience
Business/Sales qualification is an advantage
Willingness to work in a clinical support role
Capable of working in a theatre environment and managing cases
Excellent interpersonal skills
Quick analytical mind
Proven attention to detail and follow through
Flexible attitude and focus on teamwork
Capacity to integrate easily
Ability to work to deadlines
Ambition to progress
Computer literate in Microsoft Office
Clean, full driving license

Reporting to the Director of Sales and working with the wider team, your roles and responsibilities reflect our key principles:
Knowledge & Experience:
Develop and maintain a broad understanding of the sales and support process
Maintain up-to-date specialist technical knowledge
Train across a range of products and markets
Ensure continued professional development (CPD) requirements are consistently met
Stay informed about competitor activities and key market developments
Customer Support:
Provide clinical and technical support and education to end users (patients)
Ensure customer relationships are maintained and sales targets are achieved
Relationship Management:
Establish in-depth relationships with customers, gaining credibility and trust
Tailor your approach to influence key decision-makers successfully
Develop relationships with external bodies relevant to our sector
Share knowledge and provide assistance and advice to colleagues
Commercial Awareness:
Understand the objectives and priorities of the market
Apply basic principles of budgeting and stock control
Negotiate contractual terms within the framework of agreed policies and procedures
Support and contribute to the tendering process as required
Planning and Organization:
Plan, organize, and prioritize daily work routine to meet customer and team requirements
Compensation Package:
40k+ (DOE) + 10% bonus
