As a Health Care Support Worker, you will be integral to our team, contributing to our mission of delivering excellent care at all times. You will support our patients and medical staff, ensuring a compassionate and efficient care environment.

Person Specification Knowledge Essential - Must understand basic requirements for individualised personal care

Desirable - Awareness of Safeguarding issues
Qualifications Essential - NVQ 2 in care
- Educated to a good standard of general education equivalent to GCSE Maths & English level C or above
- Care Certificate or commitment to achieving within 2 weeks of commencement

- NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care
Further Training Essential - Able to attend a 5-day Clinical Induction
- Committed to attending further training and development as identified
