Provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities
Assist residents with daily activities and personal care
Create a safe and nurturing environment for our residents
Foster independence and promote social inclusion
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of residents
Working Hours
Two week rolling rota (22.5 hours pw)
Weekend working required
