Audiology is looking to recruit a Waiting List Secretary to lead our team of administrators and support development of this team. This is a unique and vital role within our team, if you are looking for a change to a department that will support your development in administration then this may be the role for you. You would be joining a team which cover a wide ranging and varied administrative workload required to support audiology to ensure safe and efficient running of the department.

The role provides comprehensive administrative support both to junior admin team members and to the team of clinicians, enabling them to operate effectively and efficiently, working in accordance with standard operating procedures. This role leads the booking from Audiology waiting lists and ensures that the schedule is efficiently used for patients. In addition, this post also supports Ear, Nose and Thorat work ensure the smooth running of these clinics in Audiology departments and being the link for all clinic cancellations.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience, excellent customer service skills, a professional and positive approach to completing both operational needs and having ideas for developing the service further.

You must have good oral and written communication and customer care skills and can communicate well on the telephone.
