We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Band 5 Community Nurse within the Beverley Community Nursing and Conditions Team. This is a part time post of 30 hours. The service is delivered over 7 days per week and covers 8am to 8pm. Working hours will be within the operational hours described and offers a flexible approach to working hours.

The successful applicant will need to have excellent communication skills and have an adaptable approach to work in order to respond to the dynamic changes that occur in community nursing on a day-to-day basis. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate IT literacy skills.
