The Staff Experience team area pleased to welcome applications for the role of Staff Experience Administrator. The role is permanent, full-time, with flexible working as an option and can be a hybrid of on site and remote working.
The Staff Experience team are seeking an outstanding candidate, to join our exceptional team to provide project support for the delivery and implementation of our many Staff Experience projects/initiatives.
The successful candidate will have regular contact with staff across all our sites and will be involved in the delivery of projects such as Celebrating Excellence Awards, Long Service Awards, Staff Lottery, Credit Union, Staff Benefits, the Be Well wellbeing programme, NHS staff surveys, Wellbeing champions and other staff experience initiatives.
Regardless of whether your background is in healthcare, the wider public or the private sector, you will be experienced in supporting the delivery of projects to improve staff experience. It is desirable the successful candidate can hit the ground running with our on-going work streams.
